Blogging in Azerbaijan

One of the training sessions I’m coordinating this month in Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia deals with blogging. Blogging is still in a very embryonic stage down here whereas the need for it is clear: traditional media hardly provide pluralistic news and individual expression is mostly discouraged.

This training is therefore particularly hands-on and practically oriented, as most of the time the participants are developing their newly created blogs.

Find below the links to the websites of the participants (its in Azerbaijani though):

Clubbing in Baku (not so political, but useful nevertheless 🙂 )

International Relations

21 Century Breakdown (promising title)

ELnurun bloqu (by Elnur Mammadli, formerly active in LYMEC and IFLRY)
